For the past years, he led the team and co-investors on various renewable energy projects such as hydro and solar in investment and hands-on management activities, with a focus on business strategy and corporate management.
Fumito graduated from San Francisco State University, Business Administration.

After positions at energy consulting/advisory firm, energy investment management company, (incl. 2 years in Jakarta office), and Big 4 Advisory Firm, Soichiro joined Alamport in 2017 as Director, and manages solar portfolio.
Selected credentials prior to Alamport include renewable energy project investments such as biomass, small hydro, and pumped hydro in the Southeast Asian countries. Soichiro advised major Japanese investors including power companies, gas companies, trading houses, and financial institutions for strategic planning, business due diligence, raising debt/equity, and execution of the investments.
His track records also include a wide range of infrastructures such as bridge, toll road, and gas.
Soichiro graduated from American University, School of Public Affairs, and holds Master of Public Administration.

Jessica started her career as a relationship manager in one of the big Japanese banks. Her former clients include Japanese trading houses, EPC companies and energy companies. She was involved in dealing with domestic energy and infrastructure projects. Jessica joined Alamport in 2017. She has been involved in various renewable energy investment and advisory activities in Indonesia, mainly hydropower, solar and biomass. Her selected credentials include project SPC’s management to bridge investors, raised project finance for hydro power, developed business model for hydropower rehabilitation, and M&A support.
Jessica graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for Environmental Engineering and University College London (UCL) for Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment.

After positions at Japanese technology company and American multinational technology company, Yausharu joined Alamport in 2020.
At Alamport, he has been involved in advisory activities for hydropower projects and project development and investment for solar.
Prior to Alamport, he was a security and infrastructure consultant and involved in various development projects and advisory activities for many customers including a railroad company, major financial institutions, an airline, automotive manufactures and a trading company. His selected credentials include IT infrastructure architecture design, security consulting and project management.

Marcella started her career as a relationship manager in a multinational financial institution, handling multinational companies’ clients mostly in the manufacturing and trading industry. She joined Alamport in 2019. She has been involved in project development management for C&I solar PV, commercial asset management, co-investment support for Solar PV and hydropower, financial advisory for a hydropower developer.
Marcella graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Environmental Engineering.

Gayo started his career as finance and accounting analyst in automotive industry. In 2017, he moved to a state-owned energy enterprise focusing on geothermal energy as an internal control analyst, which he highly involved in business process development, risk assessment, and control evaluation related to finance business process in geothermal projects. Since joining Alamport in 2021, he has been involved in commercial asset management for solar PV business and M&A process for mini-hydro power plant business.
Gayo graduated from Universitas Indonesia (UI), Faculty of Economics and Business.

After working at one of the largest Japanese banks, Stefan joined Alamport in 2022.
At Alamport, he has been involved in managing clients in the C&I solar PV business as well as advisory works for investment.
During his tenure at the bank as an analyst, Stefan is responsible for conducting financial due diligence on potential and existing debtors. Most of his clients are Japanese trading houses’ group companies with diverse industry coverage such as steel and copper manufacturing, chemicals, and finance.
Stefan graduated from Tokyo International University, Faculty of Economics and has passed CFA Level I Exam.

After working at a U.S. law firm and a Japanese renewable energy company, she joined Alamport in 2024.
In the U.S. She handled immigration law, inheritance, trusts, entrepreneurship, and litigation-related matters.
In Japan, she handled various legal tasks related to renewable energy business such as solar, wind, small hydro, and biomass projects both domestically and internationally.
She handles project development for C&I Solar PV and other investment management in Alamport.

Haruhi Kono

Haruhi joined Alamport in 2024. At Alamport, she has been involved in investments in Indonesian startups, advisory activities for hydropower projects and companies, and project development and investment for the C&I solar PV business.
Prior to Alamport, she has spent over 15 years of experience at one of the largest Japanese securities firms. She worked in sales, principal investment management, a secondment to a UK private equity firm, and structured finance, with a focus on bridge funding and project bonds for various solar projects in Japan.
Haruhi graduated from Kinjo Gakuin University, International Studies.

After positions at renewable energy firms specializing in project development, investment management, and technical advisory, including experience in Southeast Asia with a focus on Indonesia, Teugeur Arigayo joined Alamport in 2025 as Manager, overseeing the company’s C&I solar PV portfolio.
Selected credentials prior to Alamport include leading renewable energy project developments such as solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), hydroelectric, and wind projects. Teugeur has secured key project tenders, developed comprehensive project feasibility studies and financial models, and gained significant experience in PLN tender processes, and Land Acquisition for renewable energy project.
His track record also includes early-stage project development activities, such as site feasibility studies and metmast installations for solar, wind, and hydro projects, as well as managing pre-construction studies to ensure project viability.
Teugeur graduated from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin with a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy Systems and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Isabel I.
