Shizen Energy Group, a Japanese leading renewable energy group (“Shizen”), had invested in the 35MWp solar IPP located in Hau Giang province in Vietnam in 2020 (“Project”) where Alamport acted as a transaction advisor for the share acquisition from a local developer, Halcom Vietnam. The Project was commissioned in December 2020, and Shizen acquired additional shares in the Project company, VKT Hoa Ann where Alamport once again acted as a transaction advisor.
This time, Alamport is proud to announce the successful closing of the partial share sale of VKT Hoa Ann acting as a transaction advisor for Shizen. Alamport initiated and supported the transaction to sell partial shares to ENEOS Vietnam, a subsidiary of ENEOS Corporation, one of the biggest energy companies in Japan.
